1. Purchase 

1.1 You accept this terms and conditions on purchase. 

1.2 Price and postage are not negotiable.

2. Price and Payment

2.1 Item can be shipped to most areas, with exception to some remote areas. Please contact  NetEasyStore with your suburb first if you're in doubt.

2.2 Payment must be made within 3 business working days after auction is ended or BuyNow is selected. An unpaid item after payment deadline may cause a cancellation of sale.

2.3 NetEasyStore reserves the right to report unpaid item and giving negative feedbacks

2.4 Phone number is required for shipment purpose

2.5  PayPal is not preferred, bank deposit is appreciated. Please specify Ebay name when making bank deposit

3. Receiving Item 

3.1 On receiving item, buyer must check carefully to ensure all parts are included in package and are in good conditions.

3.2 If any part is missing or damaged, buyer must request for replacement within one week of receiving.

4. Money Back Warranty

4.1 If you are not satisfied, we offer 7 days unconditional return policy

4.2 Item must be returned within 7 days after it's received

4.3 Item must be returned in its original and unused condition

4.4 The buyer is responsible to pay return shipping to our address

4.5 Refund excluding postage, handling and insurance will be given on receiving the item
