WorldWide - US customers - it takes up to 10 working days for items to be received in the States. 7 days to UK - Europe. No Express Post to international destinations. International mail is by Airmail and no tracking is available.

Insurance for international sales is AUD$10.00 extra to listed postage cost.

Money back is granted for most items. Please communicate with me in the first instance, when unhappy, rather than using the feedback system to vent any anger or disappointment.
All items sent are recorded in my system, and you recieve an automated email when sent. Email me if items do not arrive in the post and we shall negotiate a solution.
Australia Post advises that non-receipt of mail is due to items being stolen from letter boxes. If not at home to receive mail - send to a Post Office box to ensure that you receive all your ebay items or select to send by registered mail which I offer on all items.
Please keep your Ebay address up to date. New Age Sensations is not responsible for non-receipt of mail, if your ebay address is not up to date.
