  • Is this item new?
    All of our items are Brand New, Manufacturer Sealed and from US licensed suppliers.
  • Is this item in stock?
    All items are in stock at the time they are listed for auction or added to our store and may become out of stock at the time of your purchase.
  • Do you offer a Guarantee?
    We offer a a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee (minus Shipping/Handling fees) on all unopened products.
  • What’s the difference between a domestic and an import?
    Aside from their country of origin, domestics and imports differ in several manners, namely Different regions/versions- In the case of audio product, imports may be a different version with different songs than the US release. In the case of video, the entire format may be incompatible with a US system (or vice-versa) and will not play, so please check with your operating system before ordering an import. Liner notes- Imports usually have their liner notes in a language other than English. Shrink-wrap- a large number of imported CDs do not have shrink-wrap and consequently can appear used. However, all of our items are brand new and never used.
Shipping FAQ'S
  • Can I combine shipping on multiple items?
    Unfortunately no, shipping is a piece-by-piece cost. We can combine multiple orders so you can pay once for all your items but there is no discount for the shipping.
  • If I combine multiple order will they ship together?
    If the items are coming from the same warehouse they will be combined together, but there is no discount for shipping them together.
  • How long will it take for my item to arrive?
    US - all items are shipped in 1-3 business days and Will take 5-11 business days via USPS
    International - all items are shipped in 1-3 business days and Will Take 8-20 business days transit time.
  • Will I have to pay customs on an international shipment?
    A shipment may be charged Customs fees upon its arrival in your country. We do put the amount of the purchase on a customs form and we will not alter or mislead those numbers, so please don't ask. We assume no responsibility for this so please check with your local customs office to see if your order will be charged.

  • Do you accept bank to bank transfers?
    NO - only PayPal, Check(US banks) or money order.
  • What is your PayPal email address so I can send my payment?
    Please either go to the auction you bought and complete checkout and pay through their.
 
OOPS FAQ'S
  • How do I change my shipping address?
    Please email us now at customerservice@northkeymovies.com so we don't ship to the wrong address.
  • My address is wrong and you already shipped my item.
    Your item will be returned to us and we will contact you when it does. You will have to pay for it to be re-shipped.
  • I have a forwarding address with the post office will my item forward?
    NO, we don't allow our items to be forward because it helps cut down on fraud.
