| On9City processes all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Item will be dispatched in 2-3 working days after receipt of full payment. International freight usually takes 6-10 business days to deliver products across countries. Local freight usually takes 1-5 business days to deliver. |

| On9City ships its products quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. If your order has been prepared for shipment or is in transit, cancellation of order will be subject to a charge of 20% of the original purchase. |

| What is your return policy? |
| On9City will issue a full credit for product cost, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Merchandise must be sent back in original individual and case packaging, all used products are not acceptable for return. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Shipping costs on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. |
