1. Payment
ON9CITY accepts credit cards and PayPal for both international and Australian buyers. Payment must be made within 10 days after the end of auction, please do not send cash by post. Cash payment is only available for pick up purchases. All transactions with ON9CITY are conducted in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Where a transaction is undertaken using a credit card, conversion into your local currency is usually made by your card provider, at their prevailing rates on the day they process the transaction. Until full payment is received and cleared all goods remain the property of ON9CITY.
2. Pricing & Product Information
ON9CITY makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to ON9CITY's products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Unless otherwise stated, all dimensions are approximate only. All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Information relating to ON9CITY's products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to ON9CITY's acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with ON9CITY, or an error in pricing, we shall notify you of the corrected version, and ask you whether you still wish to proceed. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card/bank account has already been charged for a purchase, ON9CITY will issue a credit to your credit card and or bank account in the amount of the charge.
3. Return Policy
On9City will issue a full credit for product cost, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Merchandise must be sent back in original individual and sealed case packaging, all used products are not acceptable for return. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Shipping costs on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
4. Replacement Policy
ON9CITY will send replacement if the wrong product was sent, or if merchandise is damaged or defective. Merchandise must be sent back in original individual and case packaging. Unless otherwise stated, no refund will be issued. Shipping costs on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
5. Cancellation of Orders
All orders must be paid in full at time of the order. If the order has been prepared for shipment or is in transit, cancellation of order will be subject to a charge of 20% of the original purchase.
6. Delivery & Pick Up
All freight (postage) costs incurred are charged to the customer at cost. For delivery between Australian capital cities allow up to five business days from the date of despatch. For other Australian locations allow up to seven business days. International freight usually takes seven to ten business days to deliver products across countries. Item will be shipped in two to three working days after receipt of full payment. Pick Up is available for some items at our store in Brunswick, Melbourne. Pick up must be arranged by appointment via eBay message (at least 1 working day notice to obtain a reference number). Handling fees will be charged for some items.
7. Feedback and Complaints
ON9CITY aims to fully satisfy all customers. We welcome feedback and attend to all complaints promptly. We will generally respond to all enquiries within 1 working day of the request. Please contact us via eBay message system.
8. Ownership of the products purchased
Ownership of the products purchased does not pass to you until payment is made in full. Should your credit card payment be reversed for any reason, ON9CITY will be entitled to seek the return of the products purchased or another method of payment. This may be done through a third party.
9. Privacy & Security
Information provided to ON9CITY is not provided to any outside organisation other than our financial institutions and card issuers (for the purpose of processing payment), or as required by Australian or Victorian law. Once received by our server your credit card details are again encrypted and sent to our Melbourne (Victoria, Australia) office for processing. Your credit card details are not electronically stored in an unencrypted form and are not stored in our public webspace.
10. Australian Law
There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000). Dispute resolution services are also available in each Australian State and Territory.
