| SHIPPING, WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping
- Online Bargains To Home ships to locations within Australia.
- Online Bargains To Home product prices listed do not include shipping.
- Shipping is provided by Australia Post or region related courier.
- Shipping prices are based on the weight of the products, the post code and the type of shipping chosen.
- Items up to 20kg are posted using regular parcel post, registered post and express post.
- Online Bargains To Home cannot be held responsible for any loss associated with sending goods by regular parcel post. There is no way of tracking the item.
- Express Post and Registered Post are the preferred postage options. Express Post and Registered Post allow an order to be tracked.
- You can request the tracking number for your order.
- All postage and handling costs will be calculated during checkout
- Please note that we pack orders so that they can withstand the shipping process.
- Occasionally there is a damaged product. When shipping damage occurs, contact via Ask Seller A Question and please keep the original packaging.
Warranty
- All Online Bargains To Home's items are covered by a 3 month warranty unless otherwise stated in the item listing.
- For warranty and return assistance, please contact us through the Ask Seller a Question email link through eBay.
- Warranty does not apply to any product that has been modified.
- Warranty only covers the products sold and not any equipment used in conjunction with the product.
- Warranty is valid for original purchaser only.
Returns
Dead on Arrival
- If your purchase arrives dead on arrival a replacement or refund is available upon return of the product.
Damaged in Transit
- If you receive a product that is damaged in the post please keep the original packaging to send to Online Bargains To Home.
- Online Bargains To Home will provide return details via email.
- Damaged in transit items are can be claimed as a refund or replacement.
Incorrectly Shipped
- If you receive a product that is incorrectly shipped Online Bargains To Home will arrange for the product to be shipped back.
- The correct product will be sent as soon as return is received.
- Online Bargains To Home will refund the cost of returning incorrectly shipped products.
Faulty Product
- If you receive a faulty product or after use the product develops a fault, you should contact Online Bargains To Home for details.
- The faulty product should be returned to Online Bargains To Home. Upon receipt of the faulty product we will either provide a replacement or refund.
Return of Unwanted Goods
- Change of mind returns are accepted with the following conditions.
- The products must be returned with original packaging complete and in original condition – no modifications.
- No refund on shipping. Refund of original purchase only.
- All change of mind returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.
