Q: Maximum $10 postage for Sydney buyers with over $100 of purchases.
A: Your delivery address need to be in Australia post N1 zone which includes postcode 1000-2263, 2500-2530, 2555-2574, 2740-2786 and 2890. For order total over $100, you pay maximum $10 postage.
For Sydney buyers with order total less than $100, you pay maximum $15 postage.
Please let us know when you finish all your purchases so that we could send the correct invoice.
Q: The postage discounts you promised are not there at eBay check-out
A: There is no way we can set some of our discounts into eBay check-out. Please ask us to send you a invoice when you finish all your purchases.
Q: There is only 1 item in your listing, how can I buy more?
A: We usually keep large quantity of identical stocks for every item listed on eBay. The listing items will be automatically relisted right after sold. Sometimes, it may take a few hours to appear in our eBay store.
Alternatively, just let us know the extra quantity you want when you finish your purchases, we will then add them into your final invoice.
Q: When will you post my items?
A: We will post your items within 2 business days via Australia post after receiving the payment. A delivery notice will be sent to you through eBay system or email.
We usually dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If Monday is public holiday, we will post on Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday. Australia post only does delivery on working days. Some post offices open on Saturday morning, but only for collecting purposes.
Q: I sent an eBay message and not had a reply from you.
A: EVERY eBay message or email inquiry will be replied. When we are on internet, it usually only take minutes. It did happen a few times before we didn’t receive buyer’s message and email. It is either eBay system failure or problem of my email server. If your inquiry is left unanswered over 24 hours, most likely we didn’t receive it, please resend. Thanks.
Q: I am not be able to leave my eBay ID as reference when I do direct bank deposit at local branch
A: Unlike internet banking, you probably will not be able to leave enough information as reference, such as eBay ID. Instead, please leave your postcode as reference and then let us know.
Q: How long does it take to get my payment through to you?

Personal cheque: after receive it, we deposit into our bank account, then takes extra a few days to get it cleared
Q: Why there is a 'Half price item' category in your eBay store.
A: We check every item before sending to our customers. Products with defects, even quite minor ones, will be selected out. Minor defect items are now listing at half of the original price in 'Half price item' category. Most of the defects can be hardly noticed by consumers and all defects are non-functional. Great value for money opportunities!

A: Yes, New Zealand, Japan, U.S., Canada, Germany and U.K. We also take email orders for buyers from all other countries.
