! We try very hard to meet your expectations with every Item purchase, however if an unintended error is made we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as we can;
! We are available to discuss your Item purchase by Email or Phone and provide our contact details to every purchaser;
! We try to respond the same day to any enquiry;
! Should you change your mind about a purchase we will cancel the purchase or accept returns on a case-by-case basis, you just need to contact us to discuss - but please note that we cannot refund your postage costs if you receive the Item and change your mind;
