| A:We combine P&H for a maximum of 7 days.
Flat rates are advertised in our items description for Melbourne Metro and Vic.
For other states prices vary as we are charged based on the weight and cubic size of your order.

| Q:When will you post my item ? |

| A:Goods are despatched within 48 business hours after your payment is received.
Delivery is made via Australia Post and can take up to seven days depending on your destination. To remote areas it can sometimes take longer.
We use Australia Post Eparcel service and Express Post in some instances. |
| Q:How much is postage & handling ? |

| A:Each items description lists P&H charges for all states within Australia. Prices include signature on delivery.
In some instances we may opt to post using Express Post. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We ship overseas on request. Please contact us to be added to our buyer if you want to purchase. Please ask about P&H rates prior to bidding or purchase as Australia Post rates can be very high for international freight. |
| Q:What is your refund / return policy ? |

| A:We happily give either a refund within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.
This offer excludes P&H costs which have already been incurred. |
