| A:Anything you purchase from Osprey Outdoors carries a full guarantee covered by both the manufacturer and ourselves. If you have a problem a simple email or phone call will get the ball rolling....Thanks |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Always....and usually automatically. If you purchase a number of items, prior to going thru checkout, go to the "ask seller for a total" link. This will alert us to your extra purchases and enable us to provide you with a combined postage price. Some items like fishing rods, obviously must travel separately and cannot be combined with other gear. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Sigh!!! How I wish we could be exact on this. We have a great reputation for our speed and we really work hard at it, trouble is then we have to rely on the postal services to do the same. Alas it doesn't always work out that way. Still, parcel deliveries to the East Coast take about 3-5 days and Rods about 5. International deliveries (see below) |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:All shipping charges are listed on each and every auction and sale forms. Our delivery prices are upfront and on display. If you'd ever like to query a delivery price please do so, email us and we'll follow it up with you. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We certainly do. But we beg you please remember that we are in Australia and we're a fair distance away from everywhere else in the world. Airmail deliveries to most countries in the world take around 2 weeks on average. There are some problems with overlength parcels like fishing rods being sent internationally so please check with us....Thanks |
