Ok so your probably thinking you should check what the terms and conditions are from buying from me. So here they are in all their boring form.
Ive done my best to break them down into manageable sections so if you're worried about a particular point this is where you can save yourself some time and some reading by going to the relevant heading.
PAYMENT
We ask that payment be made within 7 days from the close of auction.
If you are having problems with paying within that time, PLEASE contact us.

SHIPPING TIMES and ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 2 business days after payment is received in full.
We always ensure our items are packaged in a safe and secure manner to reduce risk of breakage during transit.
Please note, although OzPokerHQ takes great care in the packaging of items, we ask that if a package arrives damaged to contact us to arrange a replacement via Australia Post.
All international buyers must contact us for a quote for combined shipping of multiple items.

TERMS OF SALE
Buy bidding or buying one of our items you have entered into a legally binding sale.
If you have no intention of paying, do not bid or buy from us. All non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely situation that you have an item you are unhappy with, please contact us immediately at sales@ozpokerhq.com.au
We offer a full refund (not including postage) within 7 days of delivery of the item.
Items can only be returned if they are deemed faulty or incorrectly shipped and must be pre-approved by OzPokerHQ before being sent.
If a negative comment is left instead of contacting us, we will assume the sale is finalised and no refunds will be offered. (Thats right we prefer to use communication to resolve issues)
