Q) How do I find out more technical information on the item?

We endeavor to list as much information as possible to help you make your purchase decision seamless. Our team are keen followers of electronics, IT & consumer goods however we don't always have the expertise to answer the detailed, technical questions we're asked. If we have the information you require, we will respond as soon as possible. If not we suggest to bidders that they do a bit of their own research on the Internet. There are many websites that provide technical information which can assist in purchase decisions. These websites are easy to find using popular search engines.

Hot Tip: Most of our items contain model numbers for original part products - products that have "ORIGINAL" in the title of the eBay listing are ORIGINAL, just grab the model number i.e. CA-53 and put it into google.com.au to find out more info!

Q) Do you keep all of your stock on hand?

A) Unlike many other sellers, we keep 95% of our stock on hand either in our warehouse or that of our vendor ready for shipping. Although our shipping terms state that it may take up to 7 days before items are received this is rarely the case. A majority of customers receive their purchase 3 days after payment. On some occasions we may run out of a particular item for a short amount of time, if this is the case we will email you straight away and let you know!

Q) Does this LCD come with the screw drivers?
A) Most of our LCD's come with screw drivers to install them, although its probably advised to check the auction description. Perfect condition, never used. Item will be delivered in perfect working order. All our mobile phones come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.

The boxes may have been opened for testing purposes. Please check the auction description for more details.


Mobile Phone Accessories:

The products will always be authentic and 100% genuine original and brand new, Peakhour will never sell second hand, fake or counterfeit original accessories.

(Please note with our ORIGINAL mobile phone accessories we sell, they usually come shipped without retail packaging. This is largely to save on the high postage costs associated with shipping original accessories with the large packaging.

Even though in some of the photos it will display original packaging, this is for illustration purposes only! Most of our original accessories (where ORIGINAL is in the title) do NOT come in original packaging.)

Mobile Phones:

Perfect condition cosmetically, almost like new. Some slight signs of use may be apparent but no major signs of wear. All phones sold "AS NEW" or "EX-DISPLAY/EX-DEMO" have been tested and are in 100% perfect working order.

All phones come complete with original boxes, manuals and accessories.

Accessories that are bundled with the phones are normally brand new.
Very Good (Excellent)
Very good condition/excellent usually means the phone is generally in very good condition, with perhaps some minor minor giveaways that the phone is not new and has been used.
Good
Good condition usually means the phone is generally in good condition, however there maybe some minor signs of wear such as some scuff marks or tiny scratches.
Average
Average condition usually means the phone is has had alot of use, and there will be signs of wear such as scuff marks or scratches on the body or sometimes on the screen of the phone. Never will this affect the performance of the actual phone, and all functions will work perfectly despite the cosmetic condition of the phone.
Poor
Significant signs of use will be noticable, paint maybe missing from some parts of the body of the phone and there will be scratches and scuff marks. Never will this affect the performance of the actual phone, and all functions will work perfectly despite the cosmetic condition of the phone.


Warranty & Return Questions

Q) What happens if the phone I purchased is faulty?
A) If you happen to receive an item that is faulty you will need to take it to a care centre near you depending on which brand it is. Simply contact our staff via email and we will issue you with a tax invoice so you can have your phone repaired anywhere within Australia.

Q) How does the Peakhour 30-Day Warranty work?
(for mobile phone accessories)
A) If you happen to receive an item that is faulty that item may be replaced or exchanged under our Peakhour 30-Day Warranty. The item must be returned to our address via Express Post or an equivalent secure service with tracking facility. The item must be appropriately packaged. We must be satisfied that the item is in a reasonable condition and has not been mistreated. Our repair centre facilitates all warranty issues. Our products are not sold with manufacturers warranties, repair centres such as the Nokia Care Centre do not offer support and will charge you a fee for looking at the phone.

Q) Where do I return the item to if I need to exchange it?

Shipping & Delivery Questions

Q) What is the shipping for multiple items? (mobile phone accessories)
A) We charge a FLAT FEE of just $6.99 for unlimited amount of mobile phone accessories. If you purchase 5 x car chargers, you only pay $6.99. This is for standard mail only, if you want express we charge a flat rate of $11.99 for unlimited amount of products. This is for "mobile phone accesories" only, you need to check the auction for the FINAL price, mobile phones have a different postage - you need to check the auction for this.

Q) I have purchased a few "mobile phone accessories" and I want to pay but I dont know the total is displaying the postage twice, I am not getting a discount! What can I do?
A) Request a total, and we will combine your products for you so the most you will pay is $6.99 or $11.99 for express post.

Q) Can I use another shipping method within Australia or Internationally?
No! We only use Australia post. This is the only method used that can delivery to both PO BOXES AND street addresses.

Q) Do you do pick up?
A) We offer pickup for mobile phones only, its $10 for pickup and CASH ONLY.

Q) Are there any postage discounts?
A) Case by case basis, we will combine your shipping if you purchase more than one mobile phone, for mobile phone accessories its a flat fee of $6.99.

Q) Do I need to be home when my product(s) are delivery?
A) You will NOT need to be home when your products are delivered. Australia post will delivery them to your letterbox/doorstep. Sometimes it may go to your local post office, so always check your local post office before contacting us for lost/missing items!

Q) Do you offer C.O.D?

Q) How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?

Firstly, we ask customers to complete the eBay checkout process; this ensures we have important information such as your correct shipping address. Please ensure your email inbox is not full as you will receive a number of emails from both us and eBay concerning your purchase. We then ask you to visit peakhour.com.au/checkout to review our payment options and make payment

Q) How long do I have to pay for an item?
In the listing we state that payment should be made within 3 days from the end of auction. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please email us at support@peakhour.com.au. In most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request.

Q) Will I receive a tax invoice or receipt with my purchase?
Yes. We issue a tax invoice via email with every purchase. Please retain it as your proof of purchase for any future warranty claims, where applicable.

Is GST included in the final bid price?

Yes. The final bid price on eBay is inclusive of the GST. All prices quoted are inclusive of the GST, such as shipping costs.


Q) Do you accept International cheques?
A) NO, under no circumstances do we accept international cheques. Terms & Conditions

1. By bidding on our auction(s) you agree to all terms and conditions including our return policy, your bid is a legally binding contract enforceable under Australian law. Any legal proceedings concerning this contract will be undertaken in Victoria, Australia.
2. The successful highest bidder must complete the sale transaction and eBay checkout process within 3 days of auction or contact us immediately to arrange payment arrangement (additional charges may apply).
3. Payments not lodged within 3 days without communication result in non-paying bidder strike and negative feedback. Peakhour enforce a zero non-paying bidder tolerance policy and refer all debts to Austral Mercantile Debt Collection Services (on commission payable by bidder); you have been notified of this policy which is in compliance with the Trade Practices Act 1974.
4. Items will be shipped once full payment including postage has been cleared.
5. All item prices are inclusive of GST.
6. Peakhour adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.

All mobile phone accessories sold by Peakhour Products Pty Ltd is covered by a 6 month warranty, we will not under any circumstances reimburse any postage & handling costs in the event a mobile phone accessory does need to be returned under warranty purposes. Mobile Phone Accessories
All our mobile phone accessories are covered by a 6-month return to base warranty, accessories returned must be sent back in the original condition they were purchased in for exchange / refund purposed. We do provide refunds excluding postage and handling under certain circumstances.
