The transit time for postage provided in the listing is only for guidance and should NOT be misinterpreted as our promise. The transit time for parcels to various locations is really out of our control as we are not sending the items by ourselves but through the use of local postal services. Therefore the transit times provided are just based on our previous experience sending parcels to various parts of the world. What we can say is over 95% of the time, the parcels reach their destinations not later than the time we quote. But please bear in mind that there are always some parcels that may arrive later than the quoted time due to various reasons.

So what should I do if my parcel is not with me after the quoted time?

Please write an email to inform us. If your parcel is sent with registered post, we will have the tracking no. for your parcel and we can let you know the number upon request. Please call up or visit the post office near your place, especially the centre where undelivered parcels go to, along with the tracking no. we provide you. There are a number of occasions where parcels eventually got returned to us because it was not claimed for by the receipient. Also, some of our customers found their parcels at parcel collection centres waiting for them to collect, even to their knowledge they have not received any notifications from the post office.

From our side, we can initiate a tracking request with the post office here. As it is a manual tracking instead of online tracking, the entire process can take months as it involves the request going to the postal service of the destination country and back. There is online tracking of the parcel at Pos Malaysia website, but is only good until the parcel leaves Malaysia. Most of the time, the parcel is stranded somewhere in the destination country.

What can cause a delay in delivery?

The most common cause of a delay in receiving your goods is that your parcel is held by customs for checking or that your goods is returned to the parcel collection point waiting to be collected while no notification is sent out or the notification is missed. The most unfortunate case is the the goods is lost in the post, and this is why we encourage the use of registered postage so that a tracking request can be initiated and if it is proven lost, it will be compensated for.

Goods is delivered AFTER payment is received.

Please note that if payment is made via eCheque or via bank transfer, a few days (up to 7 days for eCheque) are required for the payment to appear in our account. We will notify you when the payment is through and inform you the date that your goods is sent out. Goods is usually sent out within 2 working days after payment is received with the exception that when we are away from our office which we will inform you.

I need the item FAST! Is there any other delivery option?

Yes there is, but we do not encourage it as the express postage charge is rather high. We use the Malaysian Post EMS for express postage and usually takes 3 to 5 working days excluding custom clearance for delivery, depending on the destinations. If you would like to use express postage, please let us know and we shall give you a quote based on the rate charged by the Malaysian Post.
