By making a purchase, you have agreed to be bound by our terms and conditions listed below.

On Return and Refund

1. Under the following circumstances, you may return the item purchased for a refund:
   • If a part or all of the items you received are damaged while in the post. Proof of mishandling by postal service staffs, such as a photo of the parcel, may be required. This is required to assist us in making claims from the post office.
   • If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the items you purchased from us.
   • If the item received is not as described.
   • or when it is in accordance to eBay rules and regulations with regards to return and refund.
   
   
2. If you intend to return an item for a refund, please let us know immediately by sending us an email. In the email, please state the reason for returning the item.



3. Postage incurred for returning the item to us is borne entirely by the buyer.



4. Return for refund or replacement is only valid if the request is made to us within 7 days after receiving the item.



5. A refund is made only AFTER the return item is received by us. The returned item for refund MUST be in their original packaging, unopen and unused.



6. Under the following circumstances, we have the right to refuse a refund or a replacement:
• The item is as described but the buyer finds it not suitable for their particular project.
• The buyer wishes to replace the item with another colour or with another product.
• The buyer no longer needs the item.
• If the buyer fails to inform us within 7 days after receiving the item of their intention for a refund.
• If the return item is not in their original condition or has been used.
