| Q:OXYGEN CHIP - My car is not listed in your compatibility list, will it work on my car? |

| A:Our O2 performance chip works with over half a million vehicles world wide. If your car is equiped with an 02 sensor this chip will adjust voltages sent to your vehicles ecu and increase your engine performance. If you are to notice anything other than an increase in performance. Please have your O2 sensor tested by a professonal. |
| Q:IAT CHIP - My car is not listed in your compatibility list, will it work on my car? |

| A:If your ca is fuel injected and has an IAT sensor with only two wires coming from it then our Mod $16.95 mod will increase your engines HP out put. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All items are sent as soon as payment has been received and cleared. As all items are sent regular post please allow up to 8 business days for Australia wide and up to 21 business days for International orders.
(Please allow extra time for Peak Periods and Public Holidays on all postage items.)
We will only post to addresses listed on eBay. |
| Q:Do you have postal insurance for piece of mind? |

| A:Yes, please select insurance at checkout. It will cost an extra $2.80 for orders up to $100. (If over $100 email us for cost)
We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items unless insurance has been selected.
If you choose not to pay insurance YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We stand by our chip %110. If for any reason you experience a malfuntion of the chip, just send it back to us and we will happily replace the item for you.
Please Note: We will not replace any chips that have been tampered or altered with in anyway. Removal of the Punk_Performance sticker will also void warranty. |

| A:Yes, we will ship overseas by regular post, please allow up to 21 Business Days for your item to arrive. |

| A:All Shipping and Handling is covered by us. We will send out all parcels absolutely FREIGHT FREE when you buy a Punk Performance Mod, Just another way we look after our customers.
