8. some pictures of products are sample pictures; you will receive the item that is specified for your car regardless of what is pictured.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by either EMS or a pre-designated courier. In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order. RHDJapan YK does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer on out of stock items are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer. RHDJapan YK does not refund prior to delivery, unless RHDJapan YK agrees to restock the purchased item. A restocking Fee will apply in the event that restocking is accepted, this fee is 35% of the purchase price. Surface shipping takes 4 to 12 weeks and is not insured. The buyer assumes all responsibility with this form of shipping and Paypal will not be accepted for this form of shipping. EMS is insured, any item that is damaged in transit will need to be claimed with the Post for insurance. With the claimed amount RHDJapan YK can replace the damaged item(s). New items are sold as is and there is no return. Used items are tested before selling and are sold on a no return policy. RHDJapan will need to be informed within 7 days of receiving the item if the purchaser thinks it is defective. If RHDJapan agrees to look at the item will need the item returned to RHDJapan within 7 days via trackable mail (as returned goods) for RHDJapan YK to make a claim with our suppliers. Once the item is received we will once again test the item if it proves to be defective the purchaser will be issued a store credit on merchandise or issued a replacement.
