I've just won one of your auctions. How do I pay for my item?
You can pay using any of the following methods: Paypal, Bank Deposit, Bank Cheque or Money Order.
How long do I have to pay?
You have 7 days in which to pay for your items.
I've won one auction, but I'm bidding on something else too. Do I have to pay separately, or will you combine my items for me?
As long as you let us know you wish to bid on something else and if the end of the auction falls within 1 week of the ending of the first auction, we are very happy to wait so that you can combine your purchases.
I'd like to save on the postage, can I pick up from your place?
Usually yes, as long as the item is paid for prior to pick up.
When will you ship my item?
We ship items within 24 hours of payment clearing. (except on weekends and public holidays of course)
How will I know when my item has been posted?
You'll always receive an email from us to say your item is on it's way.
I just got my item and it is the wrong size/colour/type/I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
In short, no, not under any of the above circumstances. Many of Ebay's fees are non refundable, so we'd be out of pocket on your item if you just changed your mind, and that'd be a bit unfair, don't you think?
So when will you give a refund?
If the item you receive is not as it was described in our listing. Remember, our pictures form part of that description, so please look carefully and when in doubt, ask for more pictures.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Now that really all depends on where you live, and, the vaguaries of Australia Post. Generally though, you can expect your parcel to arrive within a week Australia wide.
International bidders please note that post times can vary widely depending on the method of shipment and the distance. We have known sea mail to take anything up to 3 months whilst airmail could take as little as a week.
I'm really worried about my item getting damaged/lost, what can I do?
We suggest you pay that little bit extra and get registered post. That way you'll have a tracking number and insurance for your item. In fact we highly recommend you do this for all expensive or fragile items.
