receives around 1000 emails a day, it will usually
take 4 hours for us to get back to you, however,
please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

include your user ID, item number and previous

only, please do not call us for simple matters like
"I made my payment yesterday, have you got it?". A
phone call will take longer for us to reply then
emails and will only delay other buyers' orders.

and cheapest delivery option offered.
Your parcel will be dispatched the next day when
payment's confirmed.
The rate will be a
flat rate across Australia in most cases.
We do not take direct
liability for any parcel lostage in this

background on eBay may entitle for a free resend
if parcel get lost. Check out our policy section

Postage Insurance
It is usually $2.60 extra
per delivery.
It is strongly
recommended.
It is
compulsory for orders
over $50 when paying with PayPal.

Express Delivery
We will AAE,
FastWay or Australia Post eParcel for your
delivery.
In most cases, you will get a door to
door service with next day delivery.
If the
first delivery attempt was not successful, you
might get a card and required to pick up the
parcel from their local office.
All buyers choosing courier delivery will also
receive priority service and handling for their
order.
Pick ups
We do not offer pick ups in most cases.
For buyers need their item urgently, we will be
able to make exceptions with full p/h paid.
Exchange is welcome for faulty or damaged items.
Combine Postage
We offer combine postage discount for most of
our items.
Total postage = full of the most expensive postage + half
postage for each of the rest
The combine postage will not happen
automatically, please email us once you've finished
bidding.
For over paid p/h, we will use it
toward your shipping and packing. Hence over paid
p/h is not refundable after the items are
dispatched.
Outside Australia
Due to high shipping
cost and legal restrictions, most of our products
cannot be shipped overseas, please check with us
