Below is the expanded version of the Terms and Conditions.

 POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Strickly No Pickups. Please do not ask or you will be disappointed.
Postage costs cover all packaging containers, materials used, and postal service fees.
All items are posted within 2 - 4 business days of cleared payment.
Once posted, allow 2 - 3 business days for your delivery to arrive, although in most cases, it is usually sooner.
All items are delivered by Australia Post.
Items are securely packaged and clearly labeled to ensure safe and swift delivery.
Note: If you do not choose to have your goods registered and insured you will NOT be eligible for a replacement or refund in the (rare) circumstance that they go missing.
SAVE 50% ON POSTAGE - CONSOLIDATE YOUR SHIPPING AND SAVE!
Save 50% on postage costs when you purchase more than one item from SMALL BULK BUYS. Pay full price postage for the most expensive postage cost, and all other postage costs are discounted by 50%. This discount is achievable by packaging all of your items together in one parcel for one delivery to one address.
All purchases must be made within 7 days of the first, and;
One payment for all items is then due within 3 days.
For speedy purchasing, SMALL BULK BUYS always offers a (non excessive) buy-it-now price on all products.
Buy-it-now prices offer guaranteed and timely control of your purchases, avoiding you the wait of auctions.

REGISTERED POST AND POSTAL INSURANCE
Optional, but recommended on all purchases for your own piece of mind.
For invoices up to $100 (inclusive) - Flat rate of $3.00 Australia wide.
For invoices $100.01 and over - Flat rate of $5.00 Australia wide.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Please note: Payment is due within 3 business days of the last purchase.
PayPal - Funds are received instantly. (PayPal transfers to: payment@smallbulkbuys.com.au)
Bank Deposit: Commonwealth Bank - Internet transfers, phone transfers, and over-the-counter payments using Commonwealth Bank are received instantly.
Bank Deposit: All other banks - Internet transfers, phone transfers and over-the-counter payments using banks other than Commonwealth Bank take approximately 2 - 3 business days for funds to clear.
Money Order - Postal mail is checked 2 - 3 times a week. Money orders are cashed instantly upon arrival.
Please note that personal cheques and bank cheques are NOT accepted.
OVER PAYMENT
All over paid monies in the amount of $5.00 or less will automatically be recorded as a credit towards your next purchase. You will not necessarily be notified of this. Please double check your invoice for errors before making payment.
You will be contacted immediately if your over paid amount exceeds $5.01 (inclusive). You can then chose to convert the over paid amount to a credit towards your next purchase, or request a refund, less any bank, eBay, PayPal or other transaction fees that may be incurred during the reimbursement process.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Requests for a refund or a replacement will be assessed as each incidence occurs. Please write to support@smallbulkbuys.com.au with full details. If you include the text REFUND or REPLACEMENT in the subject line, your email will be given priority.
All items are carefully inspected prior to delivery and packaged securely to ensure no damage occurs during postage. SMALL BULK BUYS takes no responsibility for any damages or breakages incurred during the delivery process.
It is the (optional) responsibility of the buyer to request Registered Post and/or Postal Insurance prior to delivery, to cover any loss or damage that may occur after dispatch.

| BIDDING/BUYING TO WIN
By bidding and/or buying, you have read and accepted eBay's User Agreement and understand that by winning this auction, or 'buying now', you have made a binding agreement to pay the closing price, including all postage costs (and others which you may choose) that are clearly outlined on this page. False bidders and non-paying winners will be reported to eBay after all attempts to gain payment are exhausted. Please only bid or buy if you intend to pay.
PAYMENT GUIDELINES
If no notification of payment has been received within 3 days of the sale date, the buyer will be sent a Payment Reminder via email. Depending on his/her account preferences, a copy of this email may also be placed in the eBay 'MyMessages' section of the account. Another Payment Reminder will be emailed at 5 days if no payment has yet been promised.
A formal eBay 'Unpaid Item Dispute' will be opened if notification of payment has still not been received by the 7th day after the sale date. Processes following this open dispute will then vary based on if and when the dispute has been responded to, and whether or not payment has been made. Non-paying buyers who do not respond to the dispute should expect to receive an 'Unpaid Item Strike' that is not removable. Negative Feedback will also be left.
If and when the buyer does respond and payment is received, the 'Unpaid Item Strike' will be removed and the dispute closed with no negative effect on either the buyer's or seller's account.
The above-mentioned processess are NOT NEGOTIABLE and will be actioned in the time and manner described towards non-paying buyers in an effort to retrieve payment for goods sold.
