FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Are they “breakaway” lanyards?
A: Yes they are. A regular (ugly) breakaway lanyard will snap with anywhere from 6 to 7 lbs of pressure. Ours will break at approximately 6.5 lbs of pressure. Before breaking it will stretch significantly and then snap before it could cause you any harm.

Q: Are they durable? I am concerned they might break?
A: No need to worry. Our lanyards are strung on a commercial-grade stretch plastic material that is incredibly durable AND has a little “give” to it. They are very strong.

Q: How long are they?
A: They are approximately 36 inches in length (all around). The length from the back of your neck to the bottom of the necklace loop is approximately 18 inches.

Q: My id badge is vertical, not horizontal like the ones you show in the pictures. Will it still work?
A: Sure.  Our ID necklaces are very versatile.  They come with free badge holder attached, but if yours is vertical, simply detach the supplied badge holder and use your own clip or snap to attach your ID badge to the plastic loop.

Q: Will it hold the weight of my keys?
A: Our lanyards are great for carrying keys and pens.  As long as they don’t wear more than 6 pounds you’ll be fine!! If you carry more that weight around your neck, we want the name of your chiropractor.
