Payment Terms
I happily accept the following:
- Paypal
- Bank Deposit
- Money Orders
- Bank Cheques
- Cash on Local Pick Up
I will send an Invoice to the Buyer after the item has been sold, and ask that the Buyer go through the eBay checkout within 3 days of committing to buy. If the Buyer doesn't make contact with me to arrange payment within 5 days, I will send a friendly payment reminder.
I ask that the Buyer make the payment within 7 days of committing to buy the item, and if the Buyer is unable to do so, I ask that they advise me to make arrangements for the payment. Failure to do so may result in many unnecessary Payment Reminders and ultimately an Unpaid Item Case. Please keep me informed of any payment difficulties as I am understanding and reasonable and will certainly try to cater for most situations.
I do not tolerate Non-paying Bidders and won't hesitate in launching an Unpaid Item Case if no payment or contact has been made after 2 weeks. This will result in a Strike against the Non-paying Bidder's account. Non-paying Bidders will be blocked from buying anything from STUNTgirls in the future.
Once payment has been received I will send a Payment Received Notification. If the Buyer hasn't received a Notification within 72 hours of payment, I would advise them to contact me to check their payment details.
Postage and Handling
I use Australia Post for all of my items and take a great deal of pride and effort in ensuring a fast delivery for all of my customers. I post items on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and all items are sent Registered Post in Pre-paid Satchels and Tough Bag envelopes.
I am more than happy to combine multiple purchases in the one shipment, but please don't go through the checkout until you have finished purchasing. This means I can list all items on the one invoice, making everything much much easier for everyone. I do ask that you let me know if you are intending on bidding/buying multiple items so that I don't inundate you with payment reminders for the first item while waiting for the next item to end.
Each additional item will add just $3 to the final postage charge, with the maximum postage capped at $12.00 (Registered Post within Australia only). Additional items for International buyers will be an additional $7 per item.
Your invoice will be adjusted automatically when you combine your purchases at the checkout.
All of my items are carefully packaged in fully sealed PVC bags before mailing in tough bags and satchels.

In order to ensure that your item arrives safely in your hands, I am now sending each item Registered Post. The $2.80 Registered Post charge is included in your postage price, NOT added on afterwards.

Please note that Registered Post International does not include Insurance, although it does have the benefit of a unique identification number and a signature obtained upon delivery. If you require Insurance, there is the option to select in within the eBay checkout. International insurance is an additional $8.10.

I refuse to make a profit from your postage and handling charge. You are paying for your item's packaging, Registered Post ($2.75) and the postage costs of getting the item to you, not for me to buy lattés and chocolates on the way to the Post Office. You are NOT paying for my Paypal fees with your postage charge.
I will send you a Postage Notification email when I have mailed your item so you know when you can expect it to be delivered. Your unique parcel tracking code is available upon request.
As I always leave positive feedback after your payment has been received, I would appreciate it if you would consider leaving positive feedback for me once you receive your item. If you are unhappy with my customer service, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback as I am fair and honest and will do what I can to help.
Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback because your item doesn't fit properly or suit you, as it is totally your responsibility to check the measurements and garment details before making your purchase. I will not be pleased to receive bad feedback because of your bad judgement. You can always return your item as per the conditions below.
Return Policy
If you need to return your purchase, please contact me first to arrange a Return Authorisation within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please do not send it back without doing so, as the return will not be accepted.
I offer the following:

All refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee (with the exception of faulty items) as eBay does not refund seller fees once you have commited to buy the item.
If your item is damaged on arrival (it happens rarely) please let me know and I will either exchange it for another one or have it repaired and returned to you at no charge.
I will happily exchange your item for another, although any difference in selling price and postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The return of goods will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition as it was sent, with no exceptions. If applicable, any swing tags must remain intact. If the item smells of perfume, deodorant or any other body odour, the item will not be accepted for return.
Your refund will be based on your original method of payment (excluding money orders and bank cheques, if this was your method of payment, your bank account details will be required to process your refund). Your refund will not include the original postage and handling charge.
All return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. It is preferable if the item is sent Registered Post so you are covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection Policy.
