                                     RETURNS POLICY

We will happily refund your money if your product has been damaged during transit. It MUST be returned within 7 days and returned to us un-opened and in its original packaging.

A refund will also be given if your Fragrance/Skin Care is faulty or if the product delivered is not what you have purchased. As soon as the product is returned within 7 days one of our consultants will contact you via phone or email and organize a complete refund or a replacement.
