do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received by us,
you will receive an order confirmation email to the
address you entered during checkout.

When your order has been
dispatched by us, we send you an email notifying you of

number. Please contact us if you haven't received this

At the moment we are currently
only shipping within Australia. If you live outside

are my payment choices?

provides our customers with two payment
options:- Credit Card payments through PayPal and Direct
Bank Account Deposits.

Payments
PayPal payments are fast, safe and secure. You can pay
by credit card, direct from your bank account, or by
e-check.
Payments
are to be made to the email address provided at
checkout.
Direct
Deposit
You
can make payment by direct deposit to our bank account.
The details will be provided to you at checkout.
Your order will be processed once funds are
visible through our online banking.
Please note:
We do not provide credit accounts. All orders must be
paid for before they are shipped.

When
will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
As
clearly stated in each sales page, we are a
catalogue/mail order operation. Once an order has been
placed with us, we will then place an order with our
suppliers. We order stock every Monday, Wednesday &
Friday. We often have stock at hand, but we can't
possibly carry all the range that we offer. Because of
this, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to
arrive.
All
packages are posted through Australia Post. We use
registered postage, as this includes insurance coverage
and provides peace of mind. Postage costs can be seen on
each sales page before proceeding with your purchase.
The postage total will also be displayed at Check Out.
We
post our orders out every Monday, Wednesday &
Friday. Receiving orders from our suppliers can take 1
or 2 weeks to arrive, as our items are sourced
worldwide, so please allow up to 3 weeks for your
purchases to arrive. Please do not purchase from us if
this is not suitable for you.
