With the holiday season almost here, we will be trying to make your Christmas shopping easier. We have a great selection of clothing on offer and over the next few weeks we will be adding a lot more. We have just purchased a large package of licensed children's clothing and these will be going out at extra discounted prices. We will also ensure all items will be sent within 24hrs of payment received to get the item/s to you faster. ......... ITEM QUESTIONS:


1. Q:What is your return policy for an in-correct item sent?

A: We aim for 100% accuracy but on rare occasions do send the wrong item. Please contact us asap & we will mail the correct garment. We ask you re-use the satchel we send the correct item in & mark it 'return to sender' across the front to return the wrong item you have. We will leave the self adhesive strip intact for your use.

2. What is your return policy it item doesn't fit or I don't like?

A: We are happy to swap an item where possible. However, if you are unsure about an item or have any questions at all please direct them to us BEFORE bidding, this includes measurements if not already on the listing. Any returns for sizing or exchange will be at the buyers expense.

3. Can I wait and combine shipping ?

A: We are happy to combine. In fact we allow a generous 14 days. We ask you DON'T check out until you are completely finished shopping & all items are on the invoice with discounted postage. We will combine your invoice & keep you up to date as you go. Once you receive the final invoice you can then checkout and follow payment instructions. Any questions let us know.

4. Do you allow pick ups?

A: Yes we do, pick ups are fine any Thursday from 9:30pm - 6:00pm from our premises in Scoresby Phone us on 8741 0400 to confirm pickup.


5. I bid on an item in error what do I do?

A: If you have bid on an item in error that you will need to retract your bid PRIOR to the auction finishing. This can easily be done via this link:- http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow

6. Can you combine my invoice?

A: We try to combine invoices as quickly as possible but ask you allow 48hrs before contacting us. Most invoices are combined on the same day.


DELIVERY/SHIPPING QUESTIONS:-

1. When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Our parcels will leave within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. Australia Post estimates a delivery time frame of 1-3 business days on small parcels, please allow extra time for large parcels. If you don't have your parcel within 2 weeks of payment please email us to follow up.

2. Do you ship internationally and how is postage caluclated?

A: Yes we do. However charges vary from country to country and the cost is calculated on weight. Therefore it is necessary to email us BEFORE purchasing to get an international postage price.

3. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: International buyers MUST email us for a quote as prices vary depending on the country you live in. We have a small handling fee but this is usually no more than $2 which covers the cost of the employee for packing, ensuring you get your parcel as quickly as possible.

4. Has my parcel been sent yet?

A: Usually parcels leave within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. You will be notified via automated email that is has been packed & ready to go. Rarely they don't leave the same day the packing slip is printed, so please check your 'my messages' folder on eBay for the date this was sent.

5. I haven't received my parcel what do I do?

A: Please allow sufficient time for parcels to arrive before contacting us. Usually a minimum of a week even if parcels in the past have taken less time to arrive. We cannot do anything until a minimum of 5 business days has passed. If still not received contact us asap and we will follow up.

2. Have you got my payment?

A: If your payment has been received you will be sent an automated email informing you of same which you can locate in your 'my messages' folder on eBay. If you don't have this email we may not have been able to match up your payment, this is mainly due to reference or lack of. Please email us with date & amount paid for us to follow up.

3. Why have you opened a dispute?

A: Please be aware a dispute is a PRIORITY communication tool only & is used very successfully to clear up many minor problems. If you receive a dispute notification it is probably due to a payment issue. Many times the payments have been sent but we have not been able to match up. A dispute will only lead to a strike if items remain unpaid.
