What is an Angel company?
An Angel company is one that allows you to use its images on items that you are going to sell.

How long will it take to get my order?
I post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, generally. I will post your order on the day I receive your payment, or the day after. Payments made over the weekend generally do not show up in my bank account until Tuesday.

Why can't I pay for my order by Credit card?
Each credit card transaction costs a lot more than a direct deposit into my bank account, which is why I prefer Australian customers to pay by direct deposit.

I live outside Australia, can I use Paypal?
Yes, you can! We recently added Paypal as a better payment option for our overseas customers.

Do you combine postage?
Absolutely! My postage rate for combined Australian postage is as follows:

Orders under $50 - $5.00
$50 - $100           - $8.00  
$101 - $200         - $12.00

For international postage, I will charge you what I am being charged by Australia post, plus $1 for handling.
