1. Can I pickup my item?
Unfortunately, as per our listings, pickups are not possible. The reason for this is that as we sell on behalf of a number of large vendors. These vendors ship the items directly from their warehouses around the country.

2. How do I find out more technical information on the item I wish to bid on?
We are given all the technical specifications by our vendors & endeavor to list as much information as possible to help you make your purchase decision. Although our in-house team are keen followers of electronics, IT & consumer goods, we don't always have the expertise to answer the very detailed and technical questions we get sent by our buyers. If we have the information you require, we will respond as soon as possible. If not, we often suggest to our bidders that they do a bit of their own research on the internet. There are websites that provide a lot of technical information on a wide range of product, which can assist in your purchase decision.

3. Does item come with all accessories?

1. What’s the difference between 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11a?
Currently there are three levels of wireless networking standards, which transmit data at very different maximum speeds. Each is based on the designation 802.11x, so named by the IEEE, the board that is responsible for certifying networking standards. The most common wireless networking standard, 802.11b, transmits information at 11Mbps; 802.11a and 802.11g work at 54Mbps. See the following chart for more detailed information.

1. What methods of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment via Paypal as this allows us to speed up your order. We also accept Internet Bank Transfer, Direct Deposit, Paypal.  We are unable to accept COD, Pick Up.

2. Can you ship multiple items together to save on the shipping?
Only some items are accepted for consolidate shipping. please contact us. You are required to wait for ALL your items to end and e-mail us say you need to ship multiple item. If your items are not paid for at the same time during Checkout we will not be able to offer a discount. We are unable to make any exceptions. Items must be purchased under the same User ID to take advantage of the shipping discount.

3. How long do I have to pay for an item?
In the listing we state that payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please email us at starting25g@gmail.com and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request.

4. Will I receive a tax invoice or receipt with my purchase?
No. We can't issue a tax invoice. But we can provide you a eBay Invoice.

5. Is GST included in the final bid price?
Yes, All auctions are GST Inclusive

6. How long does it take to confirm our payment?

1. Paypal : 1 business day only if you have paypal account.

2. Direct Deposit / Netbanking : 1-2 business days
3. Other Bank Direct Deposit/ Internet Transfer : 2-3 business days

Shipping & Deliveries
1. Which carrier do you use to ship your parcels?
We using Australia Post (Express post /Register), Fastway (Courier), Startrack (Courier) and others.

2. Can I pickup my item?
Unfortunately, as per our listings, pickups are not possible. The reason for this is that as we sell on behalf of a number of large vendors. These vendors ship the items directly from their warehouses around the country.

3. Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?
Yes, some items (register post) require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.

4. Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?
Yes, in most cases your item can be delivered to a P.O. Box address, but please note that you will be required to sign for your parcel upon collection at your local post office and will be required to show proof of ID. Pallets & large items such as large TVs can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

5. Are parcels covered by transit insurance?
Not all the item covered by insureance. But we will provide a track number for your parcel so you can easily find out the you parcel. If you have not received your item within 7days after your confirmed your payment, please contact us at starting25g@gmail.com within 30 days from the date of payment otherwise we will be unable to trace it.

Warranty & Returns
1. Are Starting25g-deals products covered by warranty?
We aim to sell great products with warranty support where possible. Most items come with 30 days warranty support. Please refer to the description on eBay for each listing as warranty terms differ from item to item. Warranty is valid within Australia only. All the item Accessories not cover by the warranty.

2. Who should I contact for a warranty claim?
Many of our items come with full manufacturer's warranty and we would ask you to look for the warranty card inside the box, and liaise directly with the manufacturer where instructed. For our assistance with regards to warranty and returns please email starting25g@gmail.com. Warranty is valid within Australia only.

3. Is Warranty transferable?
No, if warranty is offered this is non transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.

4. What is your Returns Policy?
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be returned back to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email starting25g@gmail.com

5. What is your Returns Policy after 7 days?
If an item needs to be returned after the 14 day period return postage will be at the buyer's expense. You have to e-mail us before you return anything.

6. What is your Refunds Policy?
No refunds will be issued if the item arrives damaged , we will send a replacement. No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. No refunds are offered if the package not keep in brand new condition. No refunds are offered after 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will use paypal or internet bank transfer to make refund only if we are unable to replace the item and if we are contacted within 7 days from the dispatch.

7. Is warranty extended if an item is replaced?
The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.

8. How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
Your eBay user ID will act as your proof or purchase. If you require to send back any item please attach a paper write down you user ID and reason for return. Otherwise we are unable to process your return item. We will not response for any item return with no attach information.

9. If i found any errors on the page , can i ask for a refund?
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional. We'd suggested not more than 7 days to file the case otherwise we will close the file and we'll have the right to determined the case as a final results.
