Terms & Conditions

1. Bidders must read and agree all of the Warranty Policy, Postage & handling fees, Shipping information, Feedback instructions, Non-Paying Policy and Return & Refund Policy  before bidding. Placing a bid on an item enters you into a legal contract. Do not bid if you do not intend to buy the item.

   
   

2. The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within five(5) working days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, high-bidder will be considered as NON-PAY buyer.

   
   

3. Starting25g-deals is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we shall endeavor to resolve any issues.

   
   

4. We will not be responsible for any compatibility problems. So before you bid, check over the listing carefully or e-mail us any questions.

   
   

5. We endeavor to try our very best to accurately describe the item/s listed, slight errors may occur sometimes, please contact us if you find anything doubtful.

   
   

6. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.

Payment Information

We only accepts the following payment methods

• Find the eBay item number/s for the item/s you purchased and click on Pay.

Shipping Information

Warranty Policy

1. If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide 30 days warranty. Please check the listing first for the correct warranty period.

   
   

2. We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within seven(7) days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be contact/return to us within seven(7) days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first.

   
   

3. If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the seven(7) days period days from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.

   
   

4. We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything.

   
   

5. All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty.  e.g battery, earphone ,cable, carry bag...

   
   

6. For all the product which come with LCD screen. We will provide replacement if the product have more than 3 dead / bright pixel(s) show on the LCD screen. Buyer have to contact us within seven(7) days from the date of dispatch, otherwise we will not provide this replacement.

Feedback Policy

1. We suggest our buyer leave feedback after the item received. 

   
   

2. When we received buyer positive feedback, we will leave positive feedback to the buyer at same day. 

   
   

3. Please contact us to fix the problem before leaving a negative feedback (Negative Feedback can't solve any problem).

   
   

4. If you choose to leave a negative feedback before either contacting us or allowing us to fix a possible error, we will take that as a conclusion of our business and ending of all obligations.

Non-Paying Policy

• Your bid is a binding contract, DO NOT bid if you do not intend to pay.

  
  

• Non Paying Bidders will be dealt with in the following way:

  1. Your account will receive a Unpaid Strike

  2. Negative feedback will be left

  3. You account will be blocked from Starting25g-deals auctions.

     
     

• If you want to cancel/retract a bid please go to the eBay Services page and click on the section 'Retract your bid'.

  
  
Please note Starting25g-deals will retract your bid for you.

Return & Refund Policy

1. For All faulty item with Return to Base warranty, buyer have to contact us by E-mail. We will send a form to the buyer to fill in and please send the form together with the Faulty item. 

   
   

2. All returned non-faulty item (identified by our technical department), the buyer has to pay for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer. 

   
   

3. We have NO responsibility on the Shipping and handing fee on any returned items.

   
   

4. The return item must be a full package, and we would replace the item with equal functionality or refund you full payment. Otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.
