Before you email us please read these F.A.Q.’s! 95% of the questions we get will be answered here:

Question: Do you combine shipping?

Answer: Yes! We love to combine shipping! If you have won one auction and are still bidding on more of our auctions please do NOT pay for the first one. After the second auction is won we will again send you an invoice, if you are still bidding simply follow this procedure until you are done. When you pay, it tells us you are done bidding and ready for a shipment. We are happy to combine shipping for up to two weeks for anyone with NO negative feedback, and frequently allow a few days longer for our longtime customers, or those with thousands of positive feedback.

Question: Do you charge a “handling fee” over the actual shipping costs?

Answer: Yes, we do charge a small additional fee of $1.99 over actual shipping costs. However, this fee is “per shipment,” not per auction. What that means is this: If you win one auction, your handling fee is $1.99. If you win multiple auctions it is STILL only $1.99 for that shipment. You could win 20 auctions all combined together in one shipment and the handling fee would still be only $1.99. This small fee helps cover the packaging costs associated with getting your shipment to you safely and securely. 

Question: I am knitting a sweater, stitching a canvas, or deciding on floss for a cross stitch project. Can you tell me how many balls of yarn I will need, or what kinds of threads I should use? Can you recommend thread types or tell me what size needle I will need?

      Answer: No, please do NOT email us for advice or recommendations on any knitting or stitching project you are doing or want to do. We are running a liquidation company and must use the time we have to list auctions, ship packages, take pictures, and keep things going here. If you have a question about a particular project we suggest you visit your local yarn shop, needlework shop etc. If there is not a shop close to you: join some sort of email group that specializes in helping others with their needlearts projects.

Question: Is the yarn in the picture a crimson red, or a Christmas red, or more of a brick red… how exactly would you describe the color?

Answer: If you need a very specific color, and will not be happy if what you receive is slightly different from what you saw on your screen, you should not be buying yarn from us. Go to your local yarn shop where you can see the yarn in person with your own eyes. My monitor settings might be slightly brighter than yours, or the color settings could be different than yours. The color I see might not be exactly the color YOU see. Please do not send us emails concerning specific color variations. My description of tan might not match your understanding of tan. We do make every effort to describe colors accurately according to various resources at our disposal such as color wheels, manufacturer descriptions, color charts, etc.

Question: I have been looking forever for a chart by a certain designer and can’t find it anywhere. Can you help me find it, or can you let me know if you get one like this?

Answer: No. If we maintained a list of everyone who is looking for a certain chart or pattern by a certain designer, the list would be hundreds of pages long and we wouldn’t get anything else done. We simply cannot keep track of who is looking for what.

Question: Will you please leave feedback for me as I just paid for my item?

All our feedback is set up on an automatic system. When you leave US positive feedback, positive feedback is automatically left for you. No need to write to us with a request for feedback: just leave feedback for us first, and feedback for you will appear within minutes!

Question: I would like to buy something directly from you rather than win the item in an auction on Ebay. Can I do that?

Answer: We do NO sales outside of Ebay. Please do not ask. Additionally, we will not end an auction early for anyone.

Question: What forms of payments do you accept? Can I send you a money order or check?

Payments Accepted: We accept Paypal payments only.  According to Ebay's new "No Money Orders" policy, we are no longer allowed to accept Money Orders.  We do not accept personal or company checks.

Additional Info about our auctions:

Shipping Calculator: There should be a shipping calculator located near the bottom of each of our auctions which will give you the shipping price to anywhere in the world. Please check the shipping calculator before emailing us about shipping costs.

Shipping Times: We do NOT ship every day. Typically, we ship twice a week, sometimes three times a week. We are a small company run by a group of business moms. In addition to running this company we are also taking care of families, homes, and children. Sometimes things come up in “life” and your items might be shipped up to 5  days after you paid for them. No need to panic! They will get there in a timely fashion. We do our best to ship your items to you safely and in a reasonable amount of time. Our usual procedure is to ship items within 1 to 3 days of payment received. By bidding on our auctions, you are acknowledging that you have read, and fully understand, our shipping policy.

If your items are being shipped via Media Mail or Parcel Post, or to an international location: please allow up to THREE weeks’ time for shipping before emailing us in a panic. We are located near Indianapolis, Indiana. Parcel Post and Media Mail can easily take up to 3 weeks if you live on the West Coast.
