We aim to ship at cost price and we get very good rates from TNT Roadexpress. If anything we tend to subsidise freight cost slightly. We do not charge any packaging or handling fees and it is not our intention to make profit from shipping.

Freight is combined on purchases of multiple items. Please request a total before you make your payment.

Pickup is available in Brisbane . Our location is Woolloongabba.

Most of our items are sent by courier because it is faster than regular post yet quite cost effective.

Smaller items are shipped by registered post. The listing will state whether the item is to be shipped by courier or registered post.

Courier delivered items require a signature to accept delivery. If this is not possible at your regular address we can ship to an alternate address (such as your work address). If you request this make sure you receive confirmation from us that we are going to use the alternative address.

Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

For courier delivered items, where payment is confirmed by 11am on a business day, shipping will usually occur the same day. Where payment is confirmed later than 11am shipping will usually occur the next business day. Where payment is confirmed on a non-business day goods will be sent on the next business day.

A tracking number will be sent to you which allows you to follow progress of your shipment on the TNT website. (www.tnt.com.au)

For Australia Post delivered items, where payment is confirmed by 3pm, shipping will usually occur the same day. Where payment is confirmed later than 3pm shipping will usually occur the next business day.

For Courier delivered items:

Brisbane : 1 business day
Qld 1-3 business days (eg FNQ is 3 days)
Sydney/Melbourne 2 business days
Adelaide 3 business days
Perth/Darwin/Hobart 5 business days

These are only for main cities, if you live in an outskirt area, then it may take a longer time

Overnight delivery can be arranged for most areas and the extra cost is usually quite reasonable except for WA.
