The warranty period will be stated in each items listing. For most items the warranty period is 2 years.

Unless a problem is quite simple and able to be fixed instantly and completely then a faulty item will be replaced with a new item. If the item is no longer available you will be offered the choice of a similar or better item or else a full cash refund.

Provided the item returned has a genuine fault we are willing to refund the shipping cost of returning it to us. 

However before you ship an item back to us you must offer us the chance to choose the most cost effective method.

Having said that it must also be pointed out that the return rate for our items including flash heads is less then 2%. This is what gives us the confidence to offer 2 year replacement warranty and to pay for the return shipping.
