Royal Mail / CWU Strike Disruption
Please note that a Royal Mail / CWU strike action has caused ALL national and international post to be delayed or left undelivered at Sorting Offices. Even if your local Sorting Office has not currently affected by direct strike action, all post travels through a series of national 'hubs' and many of these will have taken action at any given time...
If you are still waiting for your item, firstly please be patient - if we have sent a Delivery Notification to your eBay inbox, then your purchase is on its way to you; if it hasn't arrived within 8 working days of despatch to you (Royal Mail and eBays average estimated delivery time), please check with your local Royal Mail Delivery / Sorting Office. So far, all 'missing' parcels during the strike action have been located there, awaiting collection by the buyer.
All items are sent within 48 hours of payment via the delivery method shown on the item listing.
