As an eBay Seller, communication by email is crucial and actually required for doing business on eBay. On a typical transaction, you will receive 4 emails from us. Exceptions include when you buy multiple items from us, when a dialogue begins because of a question, or just because we have something to talk about relating to your purchases.
We are friendly people!
It is most important that our buyers understand that there is an equal responsibility for buyers and sellers to contact one another within 24 hours of the close of a sale. We have automated Winning Bidder Notices sent from eBay to ensure the greatest chance for our emails to get to our buyers. However, even with this system in place some buyers have technicial issues that prevent our emails from getting through. In most cases, these are settings or software defaults which are out of our control and some Buyers may be unaware of this situation.
This is why we stress: If you have NOT heard from us within 24 hours, it is your responsibility to attempt to contact us.
One of the most common excuses for non-payment or late payment from Buyers is that they have not heard from us. As you can see below, we do everything we can to contact our buyers promptly. eBay’s rules also clearly state that the buyer shares in responsibility for contact after the close of a sale.
Emails we send during the course of business:
1. Winning bid or purchase eBay automated email
2. An invoice for purchases, including the combined postage discount
3. Thank you for notifying us of your payment type
4. Date of Despatch of your purchase(s)
Communication is required within 24 hours of your first purchase -or- if you've completed shopping with us, Payment is required within 48 hours of the sale date.
We cannot accept "Lay-by" or an eBayer's "Buy Now" and pay (much) later terms.
All transactions with Stylysh Charms are based on our (and eBay's) Trading Terms. If you can't afford to pay within 48 hours of your purchase PLEASE DON'T buy and please DON'T ask to delay your payment as our refusal to accept your request may offend you.
Where an eBayer fails to meet our Trading Terms we reserve the right to either:
(1) Cancel the transaction if we have not received payment within 48 hours of purchase,
(2) Place the Bidder on our "Blocked Bidder" List (permanently) -or-
(3) Open an Unpaid Item Dispute.
If you have any queries in relation to our trading terms, please contact us.
