| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we will combine items finishing up to 10 days apart. Combined postage is worked out according to total weight and size. Adding extra items may cost from $0.00 to $2.50 per kilo depending on where you are. Brisbane has a capped postage $12.00 registered. |
| Q:How long before I have to pay? |

| A:We allow 7 days for payment, if you are having trouble paying please contact us to discuss arrangements. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We post within 48hrs (72hrs from 24th Dec to 1st Feb), usually the same day. Most parcels will arrive within 2-4 days on the east coast 5-7 days for WA NT SA & Tas. |
