Please Read Conditions Before Bidding:
- If you have any questions about the auction or the transaction, please enquire before bidding/buying.
- We are happy to help you with any information you may require.
- Emails are answered within 24hrs business days
- An email will be sent to you immediately following the close of the auction.
- All sales are final.
- Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction ends.
- Items will be posted within 2 business days of payment clearing our account.
- If combining postage, please request total before paying.
- Registered post is available on all items if requested; price starts from $2.50 extra or $9.00 International.
- We may without warning upgrade posted from regular to express or registered post.
- Please check our other lots on offer. We offer postage discounts on combined lots to save you money. Email to request postage on combined items.
- If you come across any problems completing your purchase, please contact us.

PAYMENT
- Direct Deposit
- Money Order
- Business Cheques accepted, item will be posted after cheque clears (usually 5 working days).
- International Customers please use Paypal only.
- Credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) payment details can be emailed or we can call you, just let us know what times best suits to call.
- Paypal payments accepted but not preferred.
- Payment must be received within 7 DAYS of the end of the auction.
Refunds
- Refunds available usually on NEW items only.
- Refunds exclude all postage.
- Refunds are made via paypal or business cheque, direct deposit may be approved if requested but will not be transferred until end of month bookkeeping is completed (usually in the first week of the next month)
- All care is taken in packaging the items for postage, we can not be responsible for postal damage, but will assist in lodging any claims for insured items.
Postage
- All Items will be posted within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of payment clearing my account.
- Please allow up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS for Australian delivery.
- Once posted item is the responsibility of buyer, we strongly recommend registered post on all items.
- We take no responsiblity for lost or damaged items in post, proof of postage is only available for registered mail, tracking is avaialble for express & registered mail. Regular mail will have no proof of postage as it will either be pre-stamped or mailed as part of a bulk mailing.
- Registered Mail is available on all items by request and is highly recommended.
- Express parcels are trackable but not insured, recommended for all parcel going to WA, TAS, SA, NT & anyone wanting their parcel quickly.
- Pick-up is NOT available on eBay items unless large in size and included as an option in the listing. Most items are available for pick-up order via our web site.
POSTAGE & HANDLING
- Overseas: Please contact us for a postage quote if not stated in Auction.
- Brisbane: Brisbane Q1 Postal Zone customers from Caboolture to Tweed Heads may fill up to a large packing box or 20kg for only $10.00 postage plus $2.50 registered mail if required.
- Australia Wide: Postage as quoted, for large/heavy or combined lots please email you post code for quote.
- Pick-Up: Pick-up is no longer available for our ebay sales unless stated in the listing description. However you may arrange collection of items from our web site - please email to confirm available days/times.
