 | A: If you're not completely satisfied - for any reason and the goods have not been used or damaged by you – please return the goods in their original packaging within 7 days from the date of purchase and we'll refund your money. The cost of returning goods is at your expense unless we have sent you the incorrect goods. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: It depends on the size of the item. Whenever possible, I combine the weights of multiple purchases from a multiple item listing. Some items are so large that combining them into a single shipment exceeds AusPost's rules.

 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: This depends on the both the handling time as well as the shipping service you select.
Handling time is usually less than, but may occasionally take up to, 5 days.
AusPost may take anywhere up to 6 days.
Usually you should receive your item within a week. Allow up to 11 business days. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: It is never more than $4 but is usually between $0 and $3 for smaller items. Also, large, bulky items attract the $4 fee. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 |
 | A: Some of our items offer international shipping to English speaking countries (as we only speak English ourselves). In general we don't offer international shipping for our larger items because we believe the shipping costs would be too high for our customers. |
