Q: Do you allow local pickups?

    No we don’t. All items are to be sent via Australia Post.

Q: Do you have a store located in Australia?

    No we don’t. We only sell online.

Q: Do you have a size-guide?

    You will find a size chart on our listings to help you purchase the correct size.

Q: Do you have other sizes or colours available?

    You will find most of our products are online already.

Q: Do you give deals when buying multiple items?

We offer most of our products at discounted prices. If you buy mulitple items, you will be able to take advantage of our combined shipping discount.

Q: Do you offer combined postage?
    Yes we do. Cost is $2.50 per extra item. This cost is for Australia only.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.  We do recommend for international buyers to purchase insurance. International buyers may have additional taxes and import fees, therefore it is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees.

Q: When will my item be sent?

    Your item is generally posted out the day payment is made or the following business day.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Express post generally takes 1-3 business days to receive (Australia only). International buyers please allow 10-14 business days.

We have a 14 day exchange policy. Please refer to our listing where you will find all the relevant information on our exchange policy.

Q: Do you refund on faulty items?

Yes we do. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving item. We will give you details on how to return your item.

Q: I received the wrong item. What do I do?
