We have a 14 day exchange policy (from date of purchase) however you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can either exchange for correct size, purchase a product to equal value (if item is a greater cost, difference must be paid) or you can purchase a store credit for you, a relative or a friend. Clothing must be returned in original packaging, not damaged and with all tags attached. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and postage costs are non refundable.

When you bid on an item or purchase an item at a buy it now price you are in a contract to purchase that item. Ebays terms and conditions clearly state this. Non paying customers will unfortunately be reported to ebay after 14 days of non payment. Payment must be made within 5 days of auction ending unless prior arrangements have been made.
