 | A: Yes - we are more than happy to accept cash on collection of your item. You will be provided with an invoice on the day of collection advising you have paid cash. |

 | A: Preferred payment option is Direct Bank Depsoit or Paypal if required. If you are picking up your item then cash on collection is also accepted. |

 | Q: WHAT IS YOUR DOMESTIC HANDLING TIME? |

 | A: Will usually post within 1 business day of receiving your cleared payment. |

 | A: Yes - you need to select your postage option on checkout - Regular or Registered. Registered Post incurs an additional $2.80 (as per Australia Post charge).  | Q: HOW LONG DOES DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT TAKE TO CLEAR? |

 | A: If you make payment via Direct Bank Deposit, it normally takes around 2 working days for the payment to clear. As soon as funds have cleared, your item will be shipped. |
 | Q: DAMAGE TO ITEMS IN TRANSIT |

 | A: We take alot of care when packing our items. If your item is damaged or lost through Australia Post Regular Post we do not take ANY responsibility. You will not be issued with a refund and you are not permitted to return the broken item to have it replaced. If you want protection for your item you will need to select Regisered Post. |
 | Q: HOW LONG DOES REGULAR POST TAKE? |

 | A: Regular post can take anywhere from 1-6 business days depending on your location. Once you have paid for your item you will receive an email advising when your item will be shipped. So please allow a few days for your item to arrive - especially if you are an interstate customer (we reside in VIC). |
