• 'Ten Zone Archery' is a registered Australian business and supplies a tax receipt with every sale. If you do not get a tax receipt with your item, we will post one out to you.

• Australia Post 'registered service' is our preferred method of delivery as your goods will be insured against loss.

• Goods will not generally be posted until payment is received. We post items out TWICE A WEEK (and never on Mondays) so please be patient.

• If there is anything you would like us to list in our store, then please let us know.

• PLEASE! ALWAYS COMMUNICATE WITH US THOUGH THE EBAY NETWORK... THAT WAY WE WILL ALWAYS GET YOUR MESSAGE. HOTMAIL emails may be BLOCKED BY OUR JUNK FILTERS.

• Be sure to check for any holiday notices on our store or listing pages. We are sometimes away on Friday afternoons till Tuesday morning... attending weekend archery competitions. During these times we are unable to answer any questions.
