| A:All of The Conspiracy Market's DVDs are "Region Free" and should work on 99% of Playstations, Computers and DVD Players around the world. If you cannot view your DVDs we will refund your payment 100%! |
| Q:Is there any artwork included with these DVDs? |

| A:No. These DVD's are quality burnt copies, with inkjet printed labels, stored in plastic CD sleeves. All images used are for illustration purposes only. |
| Q:Can I request a particular DVD title? |

| A:Most definately! If we can get it in and legally stock it, we will do our best for you! Also if you want more DVD's on a particular subject let us know as we are happy to source exactly what you're after. |
| Q:What if I receive a faulty DVD? |

| A:If you receive a faulty DVD or a DVD that simply won't play on your system we can either REPLACE or REFUND the item. We aim to please our customers and provide the BEST customer service. |
| Q:What should I expect to receive? |

| A:The DVD you will receive is a burnt copy, with inkjet printed labels (won't 'wobble' in your DVD player like paper adhesive labels). DVDs are stored in clear CD sleeves. Included in your package is also a personalised letter and promo flyer from The Conspiracy Market with important information for YOU. |
| Q:How long until my DVD arrives? |

| A:Upon receipt of payment your DVD will be posted within 24 hours. Within Australia your DVD should arrive within 3 working days (international orders vary). If your DVD has not arrived after several days please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will arrange another DVD to be sent out ASAP. |
| Q:Do you offer combined shipping for International orders? |
