Items are sent securely packaged. Damage in transit is outside my control and not included in my refund policy.

Items must be returned in proper packaging similar to the packaging they were sent in at the buyers expense. It is available from Australia Post.

Books are sent in a toughbag / padded bag OR bubble-wrap inside a prepaid satchel. DVDs are sent bubble-wrapped, packed inside Australia Post Mail-boxes.
Packaging costs are included in the postage price.
Store orders $80 and over will be upgraded free to Registered Postage and store orders over $100 will be sent free of charge but this does not include rare / antique books.
