To Our Valued Customers

(1) Items Offered With Postage

While we prefer pick up only, some smaller items are offered with postage as a convenience for interstate bidders. Some complaints about our quoted postage & handling charges have been recieved. Please be aware that while this service is offered as a convenience for customers, it's extremely inconvenient for us to take time out from our usual duties as a mechanical workshop in order to package and post a parcel. It takes a minimum of 1 hour from packaging to delivery to the local post office. For this reason, our postage quotes include a handling component. Interstate bidders are welcome to make arrangements for local friends/relatives to pick the items up from us and organise postage for you.

(2) eBay System Glitch #1

A current glitch in the eBay system may be causing some listings to show "Free Postage" when in fact this is not the case. For our own listings, there is no charge for items that are picked up in person - this is what the 'free' is supposed to be referring to. Interstate and Intrastate transport can be arranged - please contact us with your location and we can quote this for you.

(3) eBay System Glitch #2

Photos seem to be dissapearing. We are aware some cars have no photos showing within the listings, when they definately should be! We are working on rectifying this situation. Meanwhile, please note we welcome inspection of vehicles, so just call and let us know you are coming!
