Yes. We now offer pick ups for all items purchased from us (unless otherwise noted - eg. items stored in third party warehouses are not available for pick up).
Our showroom/warehouse is open Mon-Thurs: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Fri: 8.30am - 4.00pm and located at 21/37 Mortimer Rd, Archerfield, QLD, 4108. See below for map reference.
Please note we do require 24 hours notification of pick up so that your goods can be ready. Eftpos & credit card facilities are available or you can make your payment prior to collection.

- Do I get a discount on shipping if I win multiple items?
Yes, you do! You will receive a discount of 25% on the lower of the two shipping costs for all items purchased within a 3 day time bracket. This discount is automatically calculated within our secure checkout system upon winning.
- How do I pay for my item?
Upon winning an item either through auction or fixed price sale, you will instantly receive an email from us with a CHECKOUT LINK. . Our secure CHANNEL ADVISOR checkout will provide you with step by step instructions on completing your purchase
Alternatively you may also click the checkout link found within the auction listing (AFTER winning the item)
- Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all of our prices include GST and you will receive a GST tax invoice with your purchase. Yes, we are an Australian owned company with an ABN.

- My shipment has not yet arrived. What do I do?
When we dispatch your item you will be sent a tracking number via email with full details of the courier providing the delivery service including phone numbers or website address. Please utilise this information in order to locate your item.
If you experience difficulties contacting any of the couriers or are unable to obtain a sufficient response, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Note all items are dispatched within 36 hours (Mon-Fri only) after payment has cleared.
