What does the Suggested Retail Price mean? Is it what the item actual worth? It means what it says. Manufacturers usually provide higher markup for various purposes such as insurance. And this may vary greatly from place to place. It does not mean the actual cost of producing this piece of jewellery, therefore, the evaluation of this piece by a local jeweller usually will be lower than this price. You do not expect to pay full amount of this price to purchase this piece. After all, all our auctions start at $0.99 with no reserve. Good luck and happy bidding.

What payment methods do you accept? We take Paypal, bank direct deposit, paymate, money order, personal cheque. Sorry we don't take credit card directly from customers, if you do need to pay using crdit card, the best way is to sign up a Paypal account and pay credit card through Paypal. Signup and using paypal is 100% free for buyer.
   
Your checkout system doesn't work, what's the problem ? How do I make payment?

We're using a third party checkout system software to handle our post-sales. The software company (www.marketworks.com) is an US-based service provider who has recently expanded its service to Australia. Due to some inconsistence in the rule settings and sometimes technical difficulties, the checkout system doesn't work well for some customers. While we're working with Marketworks, we want to let you know that you can still make payment using any of the methods we mentioned above.The checkout system is basically to calculate the total amount for all your winning items and re-direct you to e.g., Paypal site to make payment. You do not necessarily have to complete "checkout" before making the payment. You can calculate the total amount yourself or email us for the total amount, and then complete the payment by doing direct deposit, sending a cheque/money order or sending fund via Paypal.

 
Do you combine postage? How do you combine? Yes, we combine all your items won within a week. The postage plus handling plus insurance is first item AU$9.50, $2.0 for each additional item. If orders have already been shipped out, your new purchases can not be combined with the previous purchases.
 
Can I cancel my bid/order?

Yes you can. Before the auction ends, you can go to: how to cancel or retract my bid to find out how to retract a bid, which will cost you nothing. However, if the auction already ended, ebay and marketworks will treat it as a sucessful purchase, thus will charge us commission. You'll need to pay 10% of the final price to cover the commission so we can relist the item.

 
Have you received my payment( paypal, direct deposit, money order, cheque)?
  • Paypal: instant clearance, check your paypal account. If the money was sent out, then we received it
  • Direct Deposit: takes 1~2 working days to clear, please keep the receipt just in case we could not locate your payment on our bank statement if the reference number(e.g., ebayid, item number, order number) you put on the deposit slip is not correct
  • Money order/cheque: takes 5~7 days to handle
  • Your items will be shipped out with 24~48 hrs within the clearance of the payment. You will receive an email notifying that the items were shipped out
 
I already paid, but received None-Paying-Buyer warning, what do I do? We automatically file Non-Pay-Buyer warning after a certain number of days of the auction ended. If you've already organized the payment, let us know and we'll fix it. If in case it is still there, please don't worry, it's not an ebay violation until we file a report.
 
Have you shipped my items? You will receive an email notification when your items have been shipped. Please feel free to email us any time for your order status.
 
I haven't received my items after almost 2 weeks, what do I do? I have never received my items, what do I do? Most of our items are shipped directly from USA. Usually it takes 5~7 business days to arrive(see our feedback), but sometimes it may take longer due to postal service delay, which we have little control over. In some extreme case, it could take 30 days to arrive(we have no idea why). If items did get lost in the mail, you're assured to have full refund.
 
I'm not happy with your product, what do I do?
  • If the item is defective, damaged or not as described, we'll issue you a full refund. If you simply change your mind and don't want the item any more, a 15% restocking fee will be charged basically to cover Ebay fee, Marketworks fee and handling fee(we'll not make money out of this)
  • Please be aware that the following are not considered as reasons for full refund: stones are not shiny, band is too thin, finishing is not great, it's not worth what I paid, it's too small, ..., etc.
 
I bought several items, but not all of them arrived, what happened? Due to the restrictions of the size of the package, if you've purchased multiple items, even though we combined your shipping cost, your items may still come in seperate packages and they may arrive seperately with a few days apart.
 
I've sent you several emails but got no response, what's happening?

We'll try our best to reply your emails within 24 hrs except for weekends or holidays. If you don't get response from us at all, please do one of the following:

  • check your email address(including ebay registered email address) to see if it's valid. quite often, we send out emails but got bounced back due to wrong email address
  • check our email address to see if you've sent the message to the right address
  • check your feedback: sometimes we leave feedback to notify you what's happening in the case of we couldn't reach each other through valid email address
 
Do you re-size rings? Sorry, currently we do not re-size the items for customers.
