Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes! Email me when you are finished for a combined invoice. descentia@tragicbeautiful.net
Q:What is my tracking number?
A:In Australia for tracking please purchase express or registered post. Unfortunately Australia does not have a reasonably priced online trackable option for overseas mail. Airmail is not trackable online. Online tracking starts at $60.
Q:Do you ship internationally? How long will it take?
A:Yes! Custom orders are made within 5 days and everything else is shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing. We post airmail through Australia Post. This takes APPROX 5-15 business days to most places. Please be aware some countries take longer (Italy, Spain for example) and everything is slower over Christmas.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:It should be shown at the top and/or bottom of the listing. We will always combine postage.
Q:How long does Manic Panic dye last?
A:It really depends on your hair! Some hair it lasts longer than others. The more you bleach beforehand the brighter it will be and the longer it will last. Mine is a mix of Hot Hot Pink and Rock n Roll Red and it lasts for a couple of months. The amplified range lasts 30% longer. Manic Panic outlasts any semi permanent dye on the market!
