MERRY XMAS & PARTY
SEASON!!!

your continued patronage over 2009.
In 2010 we have HEAPS more

a break for the holidays and will be closed from 22/12/09 - 3/1/10

Purchases made and money
received (echeques CLEARED) by 23rd will be shipped out, but be aware
the postage strikes are slowing down the system and postage is delayed
at the moment. Anything purchased or payment received AFTER 23rd of
December will not be posted until we get back on 3rd January.

We CANNOT cash international money orders, US money orders or the like.
International bank transfers attract a $15
fee from my bank to accept them, so unless you wish to cover this then Paypal is
better.
The only other option for places like Ireland etc, is a cheque made out in
Australian dollars. But these are expensive for you to obtain.

Shipping |
We ship items as soon as possible. Usually the same day or day after
payment clears unless you have ordered a custom made item. We cannot ship on the
weekends though as our post office isn't open.
Custom made orders may take up to a
week to make so please let us know if you require your item urgently as we may
be able to accommodate you. We will email you and let you know your goods are on
their way.
We gladly combine shipping so let us know if you are planning to bid on
another item. We never charge more than what postage costs plus a dollar or so
to cover our bags etc. Just request a combined invoice when you have finished
shopping.
In Australia we NEVER charge more than $5.50
regular and $7.50 express for any amount of makeup, hosiery, hair dye and
accessories.

Returns |
If you are unhappy or feel your item was faulty in any way please contact us. We
will gladly work with you to solve issues.
We obviously cannot offer returns on makeup, hosiery, lingerie or custom made
clothing unless faulty or not as described. |
