Please read our terms and conditions thoroughly before purchasing a product from our store, it is imperative that you understand these terms and conditions for your sake and our own. All our terms and conditions abide to all trading rules applied by eBay Australia.

Conditions of Sale

·         By bidding on our auction(s) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our warranty and returns policies. Please review our policies prior to placing your bid(s).

·         The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction.

·         All payments made payable direct to 'Tremayne electronics'.

·         All item prices include GST.

·         Please be advised, all Credit Card payments are through PayPal

·         Tremayne Online adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.

·         We will email you with payment details shortly after the auction closes

·         While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in item details are unintentional.

·         All pictures contained in any of our listings are for illustration purposes only.

·         If you win and do not pay, a cancellation fee of 10% of the bidding price is applicable. No exceptions.

Shipping

·         Pick-ups are not possible.

·         Item will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

·         Some items may be applicable for combined shipping.

·         Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is considerably quicker.

·         No weekend or after hours delivery available.

·         Tremayne Online is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages to any goods.

Warranty and returns

·         If your item was damaged on arrival or was non functional within the 7 days from the date of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping costs.

·         Items are only covered by warranty if stated in the auction(s) description.

·         Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchasers’ expense in both ways (sending and receiving).

·         We will not replace any item unless a faulty or damaged item has been received.
