Q. Do you have a retail store?

A. Yes, we have a retail store operating in South Australia called Contact Communications. We have over 22 years of experience in the communications industry! You can visit us at our retail store or at our website, however, any sales originating from eBay must be finalised through eBay checkout process but your welcome to collect and pay for your item from our store.

Q. Can I have your bank details?

A. eBay policy is Paypal only, or other traditional methods are available if you collect your item instore.

Q. Why does it take 24 hours or more sometimes to get a reply to my message ?

A. We receive around 800 messages a month through the eBay message system and even more through our email enquiry address. As we are a business and don’t operate on weekends it can sometimes take a day or two to catch up on messages. We pride ourselves in providing the best possible advice and this will take time but we can assure you that we get back to all messages as quick as we possibly can.

Q. Can I buy direct from you?

A. eBay rules and policy do not allow a transaction to take place out of ebay if the enquiry comes via ebay.
