Shipping Info

• Buyers must pay the Shipping and Handling fees as specified in this listing. Optional Transit Insurance is also available at Checkout.
  
  
• Shipping and Handling fees are non-negotiable. Any applicable combined shipping discounts will be applied at Checkout.
  
  
• Unique Mobiles does not offer a pick-up service. Items are dispatched from our Brisbane-based warehouse which is not accessible to the public.
  
  
• Our courier only delivers during business hours Monday to Friday. Please nominate a Shipping Address which will allow you to sign for your parcel during these times (consider your work address). PO Boxes are also acceptable.
  
  
• Tracking numbers are provided via email to the buyer at time of dispatch.
  
  
• Providing the product is in stock, items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.
  
  
• Once your item has been dispatched, please ensure someone is available at your nominated shipping address for the following two business days to sign for the delivery. Expect lengthy delays if no one is at the nominated address to sign for the delivery.
  
  
• We strongly recommend choosing the optional Transit Insurance available at Checkout. Unique Mobiles will not be responsible for any items missing or damaged in transit if the buyer does not choose Transit Insurance.
