| A:I accept Bank Deposit, Money Orders and PayPal.
Please note that if paying via PayPal with an Echeque, that your item/s will not be posted until your Echeque has cleared.
All transactions are to be paid for within 7 days of purchase. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Of course! Items are combined as much as possible to save you money on shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Postage is ONLY combined for purchases made within 7 (seven) days. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Items are posted within 24 hours of payment receipt. I post every week day in order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible.
Items are sent from Brisbane, and can take up to 10 days to reach some areas of Australia. |
| Q:What qualifies for your $2.00 postage deal? |

| A:You can purchase as many brads / charms / eyelets as you like within 7 days for $2.00 post.
This does not include papers/cardstock etc. |
| Q:Is Registered Post available? |
|
| A:Yes; registered post is always available and I do suggest spending the extra $2.60 for peace of mind, especially when you have made an expensive purchase.
Australia Post will only cover items lost in the post up to the amount of $50.00 unless extra insurance is purchased.
Registered Post is especially a good idea at peaks times eg: Xmas |

| A:Of course! Express post is always available and I will find the cheapest option for you.
Express post can become very expensive if your item/s cannot fit into a pre-paid satchel, so please always check the cost of express before purchasing. |
